MALE & FEMALE RATS WERE FED HIGH DOSES OF MYRJ 45 FOR MORE THAN 12 WK, THEN REPRODUCTION & LACTATION WERE MEASURED. A SOMEWHAT GREATER PROP OF INFANT DEATHS NOTED AT 10% LEVEL THAN AT 5% LEVEL, WHEREAS AT 20% LEVEL SIGNIFICANT DIMINUTION OF SURVIVAL OF NEWBORN WAS OBSERVED.
