丙烯酰PEG NHS （NHS PEG Acrylate）是异双功能聚乙二醇类交联剂之一，在PEG的一端有丙烯酸酯基团，在PEG的另一端有琥珀酰酰酯（NHS）基团。丙烯酸酯基可用于丙烯酸聚合物的合成，而NHS可在碱性下与胺基反应。聚乙二醇化可提高多肽和蛋白质的溶解度和稳定性，降低免疫原性。它还可以抑制带电分子与修饰表面的非特异性结合。 Acryloyl PEG NHS (NHS PEG Acrylate) is heterobifunctional PEG crosslikers that have an acrylate group one one PEG terminus and a NHS (succinimidyl ester) group on the other PEG end. Acrylate group can be used for acrylic polymer synthesis while NHS can be used to react with amine group at alkaline pH. PEGylation can increase solubility and stability and reduce immunogenicity of peptides and proteins. It can also suppress the non-specific binding of charged molecules to the modified surfaces.
