无脂肪酸BSA是目前市面上所有白蛋白中总脂质、脂肪酸和非酯化脂肪酸含量最低的。在脂肪酸可能干扰激素、胆固醇或核酸检测等功能的应用中，它是最佳选择，也是蛋白质填充剂或碱基的首选，因此脂肪酸也不包括在内。由于没有EDTA，因此强烈建议将无脂肪酸的BSA用于酶法测定。 Fatty-acid free BSA touts the lowest levels of total lipids, fatty acids, and non-esterified fatty acids of any albumin currently available commercially. It is optimal in applications where fatty acids can interfere with functionality such as hormone, cholesterol, or nucleic acid assays and is the preferred choice for protein fillers or bases so fatty acids won’t also be included. Fatty-acid free BSA is also highly recommended for enzymatic assays due to there being no EDTA.
