阿拉丁生产的High Stringency Wash Solution (DNase/RNase free)，即高严谨性洗涤液(DNase/RNase free)，是一种不含DNase和RNase的Northern检测用的高严谨性洗涤溶液。本产品可以和Biotin Northern Blot Kit 以及Biotin Northern Blot Kit (for Small RNA) 配合使用。本产品为DNase/RNase/Protease-free的无菌产品。High Stringency Wash Solution (DNase/RNase free)，即不含DNase和RNase的高严谨性洗涤液，其组分为SSC (0.1X), 0.1% SDS，主要用于Northern杂交完成后杂交膜的洗涤，以有效洗去膜上残留的杂交液和未特异性结合的探针，并降低背景。本产品无需任何处理，可以直接用于Northern检测。本产品经DEPC (Diethyl pyrocarbonate，焦碳酸二乙酯)处理并高温高压灭菌处理，确保无DNase、RNase和Protease，即无DNA酶、RNA酶和蛋白酶。室温或4℃保存，一年有效。如果在低温时出现浑浊或沉淀，可以适当加热溶解，并充分混匀后使用。由于环境中存在较多的RNase，使用过程中容易出现RNase污染而影响本产品的后续使用。操作过程中须严格注意避免RNase污染。宜戴口罩吸取本产品，并尽量减少本产品暴露于空气中的时间，取用后宜立即盖上盖子。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 使用说明 ： 1.请参考Biotin Northern Blot Kit 以及Biotin Northern Blot Kit (for Small RNA) 的说明书使用本产品，或根据具体的使用目的自行确定使用方法。 Precautions ： If turbidity or precipitation occurs in this product at low temperatures, the solution can be heated appropriately for dissolution and mixed well before use.Avoid RNase contamination during operation.
