18:1溶血磷酸甘油是一种溶血磷脂洗涤剂。溶血磷脂是在γ-变形菌体内合成。它们是非双层形成脂质，以非常微量的量存在。应用: 18:1 Lyso PG可用于：制备脂质体测定磷酸甘油（PG）和心磷脂（CL）对F0F1 ATPase c亚基（F0-c）转化的影响作为酰基受体确定重组G0/G1开关基因2（G0S2）对酰基受体的底物特异性 18:1 Lyso phosphoglycerol is a lyso-phospholipid detergent. Lyso-phospholipids are synthesized in γ-proteobacteria. They are non bilayer- forming lipids, present in very minute amounts 18:1 Lyso PG may be used: • for the preparation of liposomes • to determine the effects of phosphoglycerol(PG) and cardiolipin (CL) in F0F1 ATPase c subunit (F0-c) transformation • as an acyl acceptor to determine the substrate specificity of recombinant G0/G1 switch gene 2 (G0S2) for acyl acceptors
