Super Page GelstainRed 核酸染料是一种专门染色Acrylamide凝胶DNA的无毒、无诱变性的红色核酸染料。可以使用配置了EB滤光器的254 nm紫外透射仪呈像。使用商业化的DNA凝胶提取试剂盒、或者采用酚/氯仿抽提法、乙醇沉淀法等可以有效去除与DNA结合的Super Page GelstainRed 核酸染料。Super Page GelstainRed 核酸染料染色dsDNA的灵敏度是RNA的6-8倍。 使用方法： 1. 在聚丙烯酰氨凝胶中染色 DNA （1）按照常规程序进行 DNA 的丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳实验。 （2）用去离子水稀释 Super Page GelstainRed 核酸染料, 10,000×in water 母液，配置成 1×凝胶染色液，比如在 50 mL 去离子水中加入 5 μL 的染料。 （3）将 PAGE 凝胶小心放入盛有 Super Page GelstainRedTM 染色液的容器中，室温下摇床缓慢孵育 30 min，此过程注意避光。对于含 3.5~10%丙烯酰胺的凝胶，染色时间通常介于 30 min 到 1 h，并随丙烯酰胺含量增加而延长。染色液可以重复使用 1-2 次。 （4）使用配置了 EB 滤光器的 254 nm 紫外透射仪呈像。 注意事项： 1. 使用前请将产品瞬时离心至管底，再进行后续实验。 2. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 应用范围： 核酸凝胶电泳中核酸样品染色 Super Page GelstainRed nucleic acid dye is a non-toxic, non-mutagenic red nucleic acid dye that specifically stains Acrylamide gel DNA. ( 2 ) Dilute Super Page GelstainRed nucleic acid dye with deionized water, 10,000 × in water mother liquor, configure 1 × gel staining solution, such as adding 5 μL of dye to 50 mL of deionized water. ( 3 ) The PAGE gel was carefully placed in a container containing Super Page GelstainRedTM staining solution and incubated at room temperature for 30 min. For gels containing 3.5 ~ 10 % acrylamide, the dyeing time is usually between 30 min and 1 h, and extends with the increase of acrylamide content. The dyeing solution can be reused 1-2 times.
