Iniparib (BSI-201)是一种PARP1抑制剂，对三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)有效。Iniparib (BSI-201) is an antineoplastic originally thoμght to be a poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 (PARP-1) inhibitor. Recent studies indicate Iniparib is not a PARP-1 inhibitor, and its mechanism of action is currently unknown. Iniparib (BSI-201) is a PARP1 inhibitor with demonstrated effectiveness in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Iniparib (BSI-201) is an antineoplastic originally thought to be a poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 (PARP-1) inhibitor. Recent studies indicate Iniparib is not a PARP-1 inhibitor, and its mechanism of action is currently unknown.
