产品简介 本保存液采用一种高效裂解配方，可快速释放、灭活病毒颗粒，使样本失去感染性，防止病毒核酸降解。室温保存病毒DNA/RNA超1个月，解决采样后的霉菌污染问题。 样本保存步骤 1.口腔拭子、鼻咽拭子：一根采样拭子建议使用3ml保存液； 2.组织匀浆液：建议按照1:5添加保存液(即1ml组织匀浆液加入5ml保存液)； 3.唾液、全血、血清、血浆：建议按照1:1添加保存液(即1ml唾液、全血、血清、血浆加入1ml保存液)； 4.粪便：建议按照1:7添加保存液(即1g粪便加入7ml保存液)。 Product introduction The preservation solution adopts an efficient cracking formula, which can quickly release and inactivate virus particles, make the sample lose infectivity and prevent the degradation of virus nucleic acid. The virus DNA/RNA was stored at room temperature for more than one month, which solved the problem of mold pollution after sampling. Sample saving step 1. Oral swab and nasopharyngeal swab: 3ml preservation solution is recommended for a sampling swab; 2. Tissue homogenate: it is suggested to add preservation solution according to 1:5 (that is, 1ml tissue homogenate is added with 5ml preservation solution); 3. Saliva, whole blood, serum and plasma: it is recommended to add preservation solution in a ratio of 1:1 (that is, 1ml of saliva, whole blood, serum and plasma is added with 1ml of preservation solution); 4. Feces: It is recommended to add preservation solution according to 1:7 (that is, 1g of feces is added with 7ml of preservation solution).
